First Place 4 Health is a Christ-centered, medically trustworthy
weight-loss and Bible Study program that addresses all areas of life—physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Each weekly group meeting includes a weigh-in, nutrition information, Bible study and prayer time. Whether you are struggling to lose 5 or 10 pounds, battling obesity or simply want to improve your overall health, First Place 4 Health will help you increase your knowledge about nutrition, implement a consistent exercise plan and develop a healthier lifestyle.

downstairs in the 1st grade room
